Braised, Open and Tilted




I ask for inspiration and I get it. So it's no surprise that food could contribute to some of my inspiration and although I did not have this dish yet, it seems like something to look forward to. Braised pork, open ravioli, and tilted spinach. We all look forward to tasting something new. Here is my spin on this dish from Chef Jonathan Lemon a future feature on my blog. I told him I would see what I could come up with and here it is.............

This is my spin on the dish I can not wait to try. I love the richness of ravioli these shoes  have a rich texture heavy yet smooth. The dress reminds me the time put into braising meat, tough texture braised to be tender and supple it also has an olive color . The scarf just pulls it all together like the sauces found in the dish. Can you taste it?
